We were never taught about menopause when we were younger and now we are left to work it out by ourselves, or worse still, get bad advice from those that misdiagnose what is going on.
Things like anxiety, memory problems, skin issues, digestive issues, insomnia, the aches and pains. Sure, we might be aware of the typical things like hot flushes and irregular periods but there are many other symptoms as a result of the life disruptions that go on during this time.
