I am different from other fitness coaches.
I am a science and nursing graduate with over 25 years in the healthcare and fitness industries, but just as importantly, I have real-life experience of what it takes to turn your life around. I tried to control my weight with restrictive diets and crazy workouts while juggling full-time work and running a home.
None of it worked long term and I only ever lost a few kilos. So I created the FeelGood Programs. You see, the secret to health, wellness and physical fitness is about energy through mindset, movement and nutrition with the focus on feeling good.
